What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to residents
Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with older adults or in skilled nursing settings
