What You’ll Do:
- Deliver compassionate and holistic care to residents in an assisted living setting
- Assess, monitor, and implement personalized care plans to ensure resident well-being
- Provide medical support while fostering trust and open communication with residents and families
- Create a supportive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected
What You’ll Need:
- Current Illinois LPN license required
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and procedures
- Willingness to meet minimum monthly shift requirements
- Experience with older adults preferred
Schedule:
Full Time, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
