What You’ll Do:

Deliver compassionate and holistic care to residents in an assisted living setting
Assess, monitor, and implement personalized care plans to ensure resident well-being
Provide medical support while fostering trust and open communication with residents and families
Create a supportive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected

What You’ll Need:

Current Illinois LPN license required
Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and procedures
Willingness to meet minimum monthly shift requirements
Experience with older adults preferred

Schedule:

Full Time, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
