$21.00–$24.00/hour CNA, full-time or part-time, at The Lutheran Home Skilled Nursing in Arlington Heights, IL. Choose 8-hour shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am) or 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm, 7pm–7am).

The Lutheran Home is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing team, with both full-time and part-time schedules available.

What you'll do:

  • Provide hands-on personal care to residents, supporting daily living activities
  • Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs
  • Safely operate mechanical lifts and assist with mobility needs
  • Build relationships with residents through consistent, attentive care
  • Support a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and service

What you'll need:

Required:

  • Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay and benefits:
