What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading and coordinating resident care services
Assessing resident health needs and responding to changes in condition
Developing and updating individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and clinical interventions
Supporting nursing assistants and collaborating with healthcare professionals
Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and team members
Ensuring accurate charting and compliance with nursing standards

Qualifications

Required

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum one year of Long-Term Care experience

Preferred

Skilled Nursing or rehabilitation experience
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation

Full-Time & Part-Time (Benefits Eligible): $33.46-$34.04/hour
PRN/On-Call: $43.00/hour + shift differentials
Additional differentials available for eligible shifts
