What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming face of Hearthstone Assisted Living, creating a warm first impression
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors with a positive and empathetic attitude
- Answer calls, direct inquiries, and support scheduling
- Manage front desk operations and maintain lobby presentation
- Provide helpful support to the community and ensure a smooth experience
- Offer clear communication and coordination across departments
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of clerical experience, or a combination of education and training that provides comparable knowledge
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
