What You’ll Do:

Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily activities
Support nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and using mechanical lifts
Build meaningful connections with residents through compassionate communication and engagement
Play a key role on a collaborative, resident-centered care team

What You’ll Need:

Valid Illinois CNA certification
A genuine passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to older adults
