Pleasant View of Lutheran Life Communities is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead nursing operations within our senior living community. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical staff, supporting resident care outcomes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring high-quality nursing services across the neighborhood.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee daily nursing operations within the assigned neighborhood
- Supervise nurses, CNAs, and ancillary clinical staff
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and labor management to ensure quality resident care
- Support regulatory compliance and maintain survey readiness standards
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Monitor resident outcomes, incident reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
- Partner with therapy, dietary, social services, and medical providers to coordinate care
- Participate in onboarding, coaching, performance management, and staff development
- Promote strong communication with residents, families, providers, and team members
- Support Nursing Administration with operational and clinical initiatives
What You’ll Need
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois required
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, post-acute, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations effectively
