How you will make an impact: 

The Lutheran Home is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and coordinate recreational programs and activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and team members to create personalized care plans that incorporate social, cognitive, and physical stimulation. By fostering a supportive and engaging environment, you will enhance residents' overall well-being and quality of life.

Schedule: This position is full-time, Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with some weekends and evenings as needed

What you will need: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Activity experience or similar field/education required
  • Experience working with memory support required
