Our Assistant Director of Childcare works with the director and staff to develop programs and ensures a Christian intergenerational environment, enhancing individual learning and development. This position helps ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for children, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities also include staffing coordination, giving tours, monitoring classrooms, supporting curriculum development, and more, all while upholding our Servanthood Leadership values!
