What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and coordinating resident care services
- Assessing resident health needs and responding to changes in condition
- Developing and updating individualized care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and clinical interventions
- Supporting nursing assistants and collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Ensuring accurate charting and compliance with nursing standards
Qualifications
Required
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum one year of Long-Term Care experience
Preferred
- Skilled Nursing or rehabilitation experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation
- Full-Time & Part-Time (Benefits Eligible): $33.46-$34.04/hour
- PRN/On-Call: $43.00/hour + shift differentials
- Additional differentials available for eligible shifts
