At The Lutheran Home, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to residents, making a significant impact on their quality of life. CNAs assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, fostering independence and dignity while ensuring their comfort and well-being. Through attentive observation and reporting, CNAs help identify changes in residents' health status promptly, enabling timely intervention and treatment by healthcare professionals. With your dedication, empathy, and commitment to resident-centered care, CNAs contribute to creating a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued and cared for at The Lutheran Home. 

Schedule Varies: Full time schedule 7am-7pm with alternating weekends

What you will need: 

  • Valid Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification 
  • Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
