The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living Community is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support resident care within our community. What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Support nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
  • Promote residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being
  • Engage residents through meaningful interaction and communication
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults

This is a PRN position with the following requirements:
Must work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month
Must work at least one (1) weekend shift per month
