Shepherd's Flock Preschool is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our award-winning intergenerational preschool program located on the campus of Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. What You'll Do

  • Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children ages 2-3 years old

Required Qualifications

  • At least a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with coursework such as Human Growth and Development, Lifespan Development, or similar
  • 1-3 years of early childhood education or childcare experience preferred
  • Early Childhood Education Level 3 certification completed or willingness to obtain after hire
  • Infant Toddler Level 2 certification completed or willingness to obtain after hire
