How you will make an impact: 

Pleasant View is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and coordinate the implementation of special programs and pilot activities, such as special culinary events and cultural events, by unit staff to enhance resident engagement. You will facilitate activities with Certified Family Partners to ensure a supportive and enriching environment for residents. Additionally, you will hold monthly training sessions for Certified Family Partners to maintain program quality and regulatory compliance, while also conducting regular resident and family meetings to address their interests, participation levels, and other needs within their respective units.

Schedule Varies: We are currently hiring for part-time and full time. The full- time position is Monday through Friday with one weekend per month.

What you will need: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience in working with seniors and intergenerational programming, preferred.
