How you will make an impact: 

Join our team as a Qualified Medication Aide. The Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) plays a vital role in an assisted living setting by providing direct care and administering medications to residents in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. By delivering compassionate care and fostering independence, the QMA supports the health and well-being of residents, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance needed to thrive. This role also contributes to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, promoting both the physical and emotional health of those in their care.

Schedule Varys: We are hiring for both part time and full-time schedules, every other weekend required, some holidays required.

What you will need: 

  • Valid Indiana QMA license
  • Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
  • 1 year of experience as a QMA is required
