How you will make an impact: 

In this leadership role, you'll direct day-to-day clinical operations in Assisted Living, closely collaborating with therapy, culinary, resident life, maintenance, housekeeping, finance, and sales teams to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction. You will lead quality assurance and risk management initiatives, oversee key performance indicators, and serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, and our multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you’ll manage budgets, labor costs, supplies, and documentation systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial objectives. Your role also includes guiding survey readiness, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, developing corrective action plans as needed, and recruiting, coaching, and mentoring clinical team members. You'll schedule staffing based on acuity and provide essential on-call leadership support.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with an on-call rotation. 

What you will need: 

  • Current Illinois Registered Nursing license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum three years of nursing, assisted-living, and management experience
  • Proven ability to develop policies, manage budgets, and lead multidisciplinary teams ​
  • Commitment to person-centered care and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds ​
  • Computer-adept in EHR and Microsoft Office Suite
