What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on personal care to residents
Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
Enhance residents' quality of life through effective communication and meaningful interaction
Support residents with daily activities and personal routines
Maintain flexibility to meet staffing needs as an on-call team member

What You'll Need:

Valid Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
