A senior living community is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead and support clinical operations during night shifts within a skilled nursing setting. This role offers a consistent overnight schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care and team performance.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents as needed
- Supervise and support nursing staff during overnight shifts
- Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Lead resident assessments and support care planning processes
- Respond to clinical concerns and urgent situations across the community
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families as needed
- Oversee assigned areas of the facility and maintain a safe, efficient environment
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable care environment
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting required
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
