The Lutheran Home is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call opportunities with flexible scheduling and excellent benefits for eligible team members.

What You'll Do

Provide quality nursing care to residents
Monitor resident conditions and assist with care planning
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Build positive relationships with residents and families
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

What You'll Need

Required:

Current Illinois LPN License
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience

Preferred:

Previous nursing experience
Strong communication and clinical skills

Pay & Compensation

Benefit-Eligible Full-Time & Part-Time: $30.23-$31.75/hour based on experience
PRN/On-Call: $34.00/hour + shift differentials
Additional shift differentials may apply based on scheduled shift

This position requires you to be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Illinois. Do you currently have an active Illinois LPN license?*
