Join The Lutheran Home as an Environmental Services Aide - Team Lead: $21.52/hour, full-time, 7am-3pm with a weekend rotation. You'll help lead the team that keeps our skilled nursing community clean, safe, and comfortable for residents.

At The Lutheran Home, you're not just cleaning, you're helping create a safe, comfortable environment residents can feel at home in, while backing up your team when they need it.

What you'll do:

  • Make sure daily sanitation and cleanliness standards are met across the EVS team, with daily follow-up
  • Keep EVS staff stocked with the supplies and equipment they need, and help manage department inventory
  • Step in and cover shift responsibilities when a supervisor isn't available
  • Pitch in on housekeeping or laundry/textile duties alongside the team as needed
  • Maintain a safe environment by following all safety rules and regulations
  • Support residents through friendly, attentive interactions during your rounds

What you'll need:

Required:

  • Knowledge of housekeeping methods and equipment
  • Experience with carpet cleaning
  • HS diploma/GED
