Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a higher hourly rate? The Lutheran Home Skilled Nursing is seeking dedicated nurses who prefer increased earnings through our Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) program.

In this full-time role, you'll be a key member of our nursing team, helping residents maintain their highest level of health, comfort, and independence in a supportive long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care and oversee resident wellness
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Support individualized care plans and clinical interventions
Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure accurate charting and regulatory compliance
Foster positive relationships with residents and families

Qualifications

Required

Active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
At least one year of Long-Term Care experience

Ideal Candidates Will Have

Skilled Nursing or rehabilitation experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
A resident-centered approach to care

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
