How you will make an impact:

Join our team at Shepherd’s Flock Intergenerational Preschool as a dedicated member of the teaching team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work under teacher supervision, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized Christian classroom. Responsibilities include active engagement with preschool children, assisting with self-care, meals, and snacks, attending in-service training, and contributing to a positive learning environment. Collaborate with the teaching team, implement intergenerational programming, and support the teacher in daily tasks, including written reports and lesson plan execution.

Schedule varies: This is full time position working split shift 7:30am-12pm and 230pm-530pm or part time shift working 7:30am-10:30am

What you will need:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be comfortable working with children 6weeks-9months of age
