How you will make an impact:
We are seeking an Admissions Coordinator (on-site, in-person) to support sales and admissions efforts within our Skilled Nursing Community. This role plays a key part in driving occupancy by managing prospect follow-up, coordinating admissions, and ensuring a smooth and compassionate experience for residents and families.
You will work closely with the Sales Director and Admissions team to qualify prospects, manage inbound and outbound communications, document activity in the CRM, and coordinate successful admissions. This role blends relationship-building, organization, and attention to detail while supporting both short-term and long-term care admissions.
The Admissions Coordinator is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with multiple systems while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, families, and referral partners.

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
- Days off provided within the pay period when a weekend is worked
- Holidays are required
- Weekend rotation is required
Experience & Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or
- At least one year of related healthcare experience in marketing, admissions, and/or training, or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience using CRM systems
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize software systems and applications

- Critical thinking skills
- Experience working directly with individuals from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Ability to flex communication style across multiple cultural environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
