What You’ll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs for Assisted Living residents
- Develop meaningful activities that support residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being
- Build relationships with residents to understand their interests, preferences, and personal histories
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident engagement and quality of life
- Encourage resident participation and foster a vibrant, inclusive community environment
- Assist with special events, holiday programming, and community outings
What You’ll Need:
- Prior experience working in Activities with seniors required
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or related environment strongly preferred
- Education in Recreation Therapy, Activities, Gerontology, or related field is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused mindset
- High school diploma or GED required
