What You’ll Do:

Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs for Assisted Living residents
Develop meaningful activities that support residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being
Build relationships with residents to understand their interests, preferences, and personal histories
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident engagement and quality of life
Encourage resident participation and foster a vibrant, inclusive community environment
Assist with special events, holiday programming, and community outings

What You’ll Need:

Prior experience working in Activities with seniors required
Experience in senior living, assisted living, or related environment strongly preferred
Education in Recreation Therapy, Activities, Gerontology, or related field is a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused mindset
High school diploma or GED required
