What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents
Play a pivotal role in supporting residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Perform diligent assessments, monitoring, and personalized care planning
Ensure residents receive the medical attention and support they need to thrive
Foster trusting relationships and open communication with residents and their families
Create a supportive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected

What You'll Need:

Current Illinois Registered Nursing license or Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license is required.
At least 2 years of Nursing experience required.
Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
Experience in working with older adults is preferred
