- Must work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month.
- Must work at least one (1) weekend shift per month.
- Must complete at least one (1) observed holiday shift per calendar year.

What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents
- Play a pivotal role in supporting residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
- Perform diligent assessments, monitoring, and personalized care planning
- Ensure residents receive the medical attention and support they need to thrive
- Foster trusting relationships and open communication with residents and their families
- Create a supportive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected
What You'll Need:
- Current Illinois Registered Nursing license or Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license is required.
- At least 2 years of Nursing experience required.
- Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
- Experience in working with older adults is preferred
