What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Director and staff to develop and implement childcare programs
- Promote and maintain a Christian, intergenerational environment that supports individual learning and development
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for children, staff, and visitors
- Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling
- Conduct tours for prospective families and visitors
- Monitor classroom activities to support quality and compliance
- Support curriculum development and implementation
- Uphold and model Servanthood Leadership values in all interactions and responsibilities
What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience working in a childcare setting is required
- Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to staff is required.
- Must meet all state DCFS qualification requirements for a licensed Child Care facility
- Level 1 Director Credential or Director qualified by DCFS
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood is preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience is preferred
