What You’ll Do

· Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
· Perform assessments, monitor health status, and support care planning
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
· Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
· Promote a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for residents

Required Qualifications

· Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
· Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
· Ability to follow oral and written instructions and procedures
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with older adults or in senior living

Additional Schedule Expectations

· Every other weekend required
· 1–2 weekdays per week
· Participation in a rotating holiday schedule
