How you will make an impact:

Join our team of Nurses at The Lutheran Home! As a restorative nurse you will play a crucial role in improving residents' quality of life by implementing personalized care plans aimed at restoring or maintaining their physical abilities. You will conduct assessments to identify residents' needs and develop tailored exercise programs and therapies to promote mobility, strength, and independence. Through consistent monitoring and evaluation, you will track progress and adjust interventions as necessary, fostering a supportive environment that encourages residents to achieve their maximum potential

Schedule varies: This position is Full time with alternating weekends.

What you will need:

Current Illinois RN license required.
Experience in working with older adults is preferred.
