What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on personal care to residents, supporting daily living activities
  • Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs
  • Safely operate mechanical lifts and assist with mobility needs
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate care and communication
  • Support a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and service

Required Qualifications

  • Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Passion for serving older adults with compassion and respect
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
