What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate, holistic care to Pleasant View residents, supporting overall well-being.
- Conduct assessments, monitor health, and develop personalized care plans.
- Ensure residents receive the medical attention and support needed to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families to create a supportive, respectful environment.
What You'll Need:
- Valid Illinois RN or LPN License
- Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
