What You’ll Do

Provide a positive and professional first impression by greeting residents, visitors, and guests
Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with inquiries
Support resident move-ins, communication, and daily administrative tasks
Monitor building activity and assist with safety and security procedures
Coordinate services, events, and resident needs while maintaining accurate records
Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all residents and guests

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 6 months of customer service or related experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple systems
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare settings
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
