How you will make an impact: 

The Lutheran Home is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving the success of a community by conducting sales efforts with prospects across all levels of care, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. By assisting in identifying opportunities to promote partnerships with professional and referral sources, the coordinator helps strengthen community ties and expand the reach of services. Coordinating with prospects, family members, caregivers, and other professional providers ensures a seamless transition into the community, while also referring residents and patients to Lutheran Life Communities' services when appropriate, fostering ongoing support and care.

Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, some weekends and holidays are required

What you will need: 

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or at least one-year related healthcare experience in marketing or admissions and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing sophisticated CRM technology preferred
  • Microsoft office efficiency required
