Earn $16.50 to $17.75 an hour as a full-time Environmental Services Aide at The Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. The shift runs 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so there are no early mornings, and you can get your pay daily through Daily Pay.

The Lutheran Home is a faith-based skilled nursing community, and we welcome team members of all faiths and backgrounds. For our residents, this building is home. The work you do keeps it clean, safe, and comfortable for them every day.

What you'll do

  • Clean resident rooms, restrooms, and common areas
  • Strip, wax, and buff floors using commercial floor-care equipment
  • Clean and reset the dining room before and after meals
  • Remove trash from resident rooms, common areas, and workstations
  • Follow cleaning and infection control steps that protect residents' health

What you'll need

Required:

  • Experience using commercial floor-care equipment (stripping, waxing, buffing)

Preferred:

  • Housekeeping or environmental services experience, especially in healthcare or senior living

  • $16.50 to $17.75 an hour, based on experience
