Wittenberg Village, part of a faith-based, mission-driven organization, is hiring a Qualified Medication Aide to support residents in our assisted living community. This is a full-time, overnight position with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do
- Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and company policies
- Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the nursing team
- Accurately document care and medication administration
- Support residents’ independence, dignity, and overall well-being
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Required Qualifications
- Valid Indiana QMA license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living or related setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with older adults
