Caregiver
Looking for flexible caregiving work where you can make a real difference? MySolutions Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide compassionate support to older adults throughout the Arlington Heights area.
This role offers a variety of assignments, including short visits, extended shifts, overnight care, and live-in opportunities, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you while helping seniors remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Help clients remain independent and comfortable in their homes
- Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, light cleaning, and grocery shopping
- Provide companionship and social engagement throughout the day
- Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Support personal care routines and offer medication reminders when appropriate
- Observe changes in client well-being and communicate concerns to the care team
Qualifications
Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of one year of experience caring for seniors or older adults
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting
Preferred:
- Illinois CNA certification
- Valid driver's license and willingness to assist with transportation needs using the client's vehicle
Scheduling Details
- On-call position with assignments offered based on client needs and your availability
- Shift options include 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour schedules
- Assignments located within approximately 12 miles of central Arlington Heights
- Overnight and live-in cases available
Training & Support
- Ongoing caregiver education and skill development
- Guidance and support from an experienced home care team
